The GO fare change nobody announced, and what it does to a Milton commute

The change appeared in a fare table updated in July, with no release and no board item. Metrolinx confirmed it when we asked.
For a five-day commuter it is about $450 a year — roughly the cost of the discounted monthly pass the agency retired in 2024.
